    It has been just a couple weeks since I last posted a blog about my idea for my first cookbook. Since that time, I've been busy with mainly my college classes, including my art history class, which I'm currently trying to make an C grade to have it counted towards my future graduation. Plus, I've been supporting other Indie authors in the United States as well as in the world itself by posting their books and their businesses. Of course, on my spare time, I've been attending church every Sunday and watching my favorite cooking shows and wrestling, both WWE and TNA. I've also been working on my cookbook as I write recipes and taking pictures. As I speak these words, I have written three recipes of peanut butter sandwiches and took pictures of seven sandwiches. I hope that once my winter semester is over with, I can continue to write recipes for the first cookbook. I haven't come up with a name yet, but if I come up with the name, I want the name to be attractive, crazy, but mouthwatering.

    When I was baking the fish for a fish and salad dinner, I came with the illusion of making a peanut butter and fish sandwich for lunch. I thought to myself, "This would make a really good peanut butter sandwich, and a flavorful addition to the cookbook." I couldn't wait to imagine how flavorful the baked fish could be with the peanut butter in a wheat sandwich.

    Monday I experimented the idea of the grilled peanut butter and fish sandwiches. First I seasoned the fish with garlic seasoning, black pepper, and lemon seasoning. Secondly, I put the fish in a pan and put it in the oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes, baking it. Afterwards, I took it out of the oven. As I get ready to get out the slices of my favorite wheat bread, my mind was in excitement about how the sandwich would turn out. The next thing I did was spread the butter on one side of two slices of bread and turned the buttery sides downwards on the paper plates. After that, I spread the peanut butter on the upward sides on the bread. Then I put the fish on each slice of the bread. Afterwards, I spread the peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread and enclose the sandwiches. Then I spread butter on top sides. The next thing I did with the sandwich was put them in the skillet after spraying it with vegetable oil. I grilled them on medium high for four minutes, two minutes on each side. After each side turned brown and dark, I took  them out the skillet and put them on the plate. After I took pictures of the sandwiches, I packed those up in the sandwich storage bags, and tasted them after I got to the cafeteria at my university. The sandwiches were flavorful with the spices blending with the peanut butter. There were no loss in moisture, which brought a strong taste to the sandwiches. It was delicious.

    If you are a fan of peanut butter and a fan of fish, especially baked fish, you'll probably enjoy getting the taste of the peanut butter and fish sandwich. The sandwich is bound to make taste buds pop out like crazy. Plus, if you're a person who can't have sweet jelly and can only eat seafood, PB and fish sandwiches can be a great addition to your healthy diets.  The sandwich is a great healthy, creative, but tasteful dish that is bound to be fit for meals to come.
