Raphael T. Harlan
Raphael Tirrell Harlan was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 23, 1991. He's a speech impaired man with ADHD, due to a biological mother's drug addiction. At six years of age, he was fostered by a woman named Cora Lee Harlan, and in 2001 at nine years old, he was adopted by the same woman. Raphael is a Mumford graduate of 2010.
